Pat
Ramsey joined the IR staff as a Coordinator of Statistical
Research in October, 1999. She started with UCF as the Senior
Statistician for the College of Health and Public Affairs
in October, 1995. Prior to her employment at the University
of Central Florida, Pat worked in market research, where she
generated, analyzed, and graphically displayed statistical
data relating to the retail market. Pat was promoted to Assistant
Director in January, 2005. |

Position
Specifications
- Coordinate
design, development, implementation, documentation and dissemination
for institutional reporting of official institutional data.
- Work
as a project manager to develop integrated data systems
that meet the university needs and facilitate the utilization
of these databases for decision-making purposes.
- Make
recommendations for table and data enhancements, test new
functionality, create “Certified” queries for
the RDS Query Library, analyze RDS web site, and maintain
communications with end-users concerning “best practices”
for RDS data use. Development, implement and conduct training
sessions for personnel involved with RDS.
- Coordinate
the development, data collection, editing and reporting
of official data to external agencies, state agencies and
federal survey agencies (e.g. DCU, CDS, US News & World
Report, IPEDS, Barron’s).
- Provide
analysis and data collection support to other University
units.
